In My Heart

Hebrews 9,7&8

Jesus, the Christ, was offered once to bear my sins. Now, I look for him to appear a second time to end sin and complete my salvation. For Jesus is the perfect high priest. He is able to save to the uttermost those that come to God through him because he daily makes intercession with the father for those who are his. He made his sacrifice once for all in the true Tabernacle which the Lord pitched in the heavens and not the Tabernacle made by man.

Now the Lord Jesus is set at the right hand of the throne of majesty in the heavens. All the earthly Tabernacle worship was a shadow of the heavenly things. Now we have a more excellent priest who is the mediator of a better covenant which is established upon better promises. Our heavenly father has made a new covenant with us through Christ; not according to the old covenant. For with this new covenant, God, my father, has put his laws into my mind and written them in my heart, and he has made himself my God and made me his child.

In Christ Jesus

Hebrews 5&6

Jesus, the Christ, was called by almighty God to be my high priest. In the days of his flesh he offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears to God, our Father. Prayers to save us from death, and he was heard by God. Though he was the son, yet he learned obedience by the things he suffered, and being made perfect he became the author of eternal salvation, and now he is the author of my eternal salvation.

I pray today, father, that I will be strong in your word and mature in my faith. By your grace, and led by the spirit of God, I will be able to discern both good and evil. I move along in Christ unto perfection. I am enlightened by God and made a partaker of the divine nature by the gift of God the spirit. I know how good the word of God is. I am saved. I revel in my salvation. I am diligent to stay fully assured of the hope I have in Christ.

Help In Time of Need

I am Christ’s house. I hold fast to that hope with confidence and rejoicing, firm to the end. I know your ways, Lord Jesus, and I am in your rest. I am a partaker of your presence, Lord Jesus. I hear your voice and my heart is soft for your divine nature to fill me and hold me and fellowship and lead me. I believe you, Lord, and seek you diligently. You are my Savior and I find rest for my soul in you.I have entered into Christ Jesus and ceased from my own works. I seek and ask and knock to stay in that rest. Lord, strengthen my faith. Your word, father, is alive and powerful in me. you are active in conforming me and my character into the image of the Lord Jesus. You empower me to be dead to the flesh and alive to the spirit. You show me the thoughts and intentions of my heart. by your grace I can come boldly before your throne and receive grace and mercy to help me in time of need.

In Christ

I thank you, Father, that I am rooted and built up in Christ Jesus. I am, by your grace, established in faith and abounding in thanksgiving. I avoid philosophies and traditions that do not lift up Christ.

All the fullness of the godhead dwells in Christ and now, Christ dwells in me through the presence of your holy Spirit, Father.

I am not manipulated by religious opinions regarding meat, drink, holy days, new moons, or sabbaths. These human machianations are precursors of the freedom of worship that I now have in Christ; they are merely shadows of salvation, but now in Christ I have the body. I have the real thing. I hold to the head of the body who is Christ Jesus and from him I am nourished spiritually and knit together in the body of Christ. I am dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world. I am free and live free from religious details in Christ.

Your Heir

Titus 2&3

Praise you, father. Your grace has appeared to me bringing salvation and training me to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self controlled, upright, and godly in this present age.  I wait for that blessed hope, the appearance of my great God and Savior Jesus Christ. He gave himself for me to redeem me from all lawlessness and to purify, for himself, for his own possession, a vessel zealous for the good works of God.

By your grace, Lord Jesus, I submit to rulers and authorities. I am obedient and ready for every good work. I do not speak evil of anyone; I avoid quarreling; I am gentle, and show courtesy to all.

Your goodness and love and kindness have appeared to me, Lord Jesus. You have saved me; not according to works done by me, but according to your own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom you poured out on me richly.  I am justified by your grace and have become your heir.

Stayed On Jesus

Ish. 26, 25 & Heb. 9

I keep my mind stayed on you, Lord Jesus, and you fill me with perfect peace. Your person is perfect peace. I trust in you, Lord, in your life, and in your atonement, and in your resurrection.  You are the corner stone, the rock of my salvation.  You, Lord Jesus, are the Christ. You are a fountain flowing strong and continuously in a dry and thirsty land. I drink deep and remain close to you to drink again and again.  You meet my needs, and you shelter me in the storm. You have dealt bountifully with me. You, Lord Jesus, have done wonderful things. I exalt you and praise your name.

You have entered into the holy place in heaven, into the very presence of Almighty God, our father, and you have appeared before him on my behalf to put away sin, once for all, by the sacrifice of yourself.  Now having offered once to bear my sins, you will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to gather me up as I eagerly await you.

Triumph

Col. 2& I Cor 1

Father, thank you for your encouragement to my heart. Today, by your grace, I know the riches of full assurance, and I have knowledge of your mystery: Christ in me; my hope of glory.  In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Christ is wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption for me. In Christ all the fullness of deity dwells, and I am filled with Christ; I have that same divine material in me.  In Christ I have been circumcised, by putting off the body of flesh, and I have been buried with Christ in baptism and raised with him through faith in the powerful working of Almighty God, my father.

I once was dead in my sin and rebellion, but you, father, have made me alive together with my Lord Jesus, having forgiven me my trespasses by canceling the record that stood against me.  Jesus set it aside by nailing it to the cross.

Makes Peace

Col. 1

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that you fill me, and own me, and claim me as yours. You dwell in me, and conform me to your image.  You dwelling in me, is my hope of complete victory; my peace and my full joy. Your presence in me is my hope of glory. You, Lord Jesus, are the one; the anointed one; the Christ of Almighty God. You are the image of the invisible God; you are first born of all creation. You created all things, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created through you and for you.  You are before all things, and in you all things hold together.

You, Lord Jesus, are the head of the body, the church. You are the beginning, the first born from the dead, that in everything you are preeminent. In you, Jesus, all the fullness of God is pleased to dwell, and through you, God, the father, reconciles all things to himself , whether these things are on earth or in heaven. Your death on the cross makes peace.

Fully Pleasing

Deut. 13 & Col. 1

Must grow past, and above, and out of myself. The foundation and builder is Christ.

I do not go after other gods. I love you, father, and you, Lord Jesus, and you, Holy Spirit, with all my heart and with all my soul.  I walk after you, Lord, for you are my God; I fear you, and I keep your commandments close to me. Your word is in my heart and on my lips. I obey your voice and I serve you, and I hold fast to you, God, my father.  You, my heavenly father, by your grace in Christ, have brought me out of the world. You have redeemed me from slavery and brought me back to you. I dwell in your house, father, forever. Thank you, father, for your mercy to me and your compassion for me.

I thank you, Lord, for the hope I have laid up for me in heaven. Today I am filled with the knowledge of your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. Today, I walk in a manner fully pleasing to you, my heavenly father.  I bear fruit in every good work and increase in my knowledge of you, Lord God.

Who Strengthens Me

Phil. 4

Lord, you are at hand. I reckon myself dead to fleshly desires that tempt me to sin. I pray that you, Holy Spirit, fill me and take charge of my thoughts and desires; that I obey your word and your will for me.  I know you were faithful and able to do these things, so, I am anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, I make my requests known to you. I thank you for seeing me through and for keeping me.  I rejoice and again I say, I rejoice. The peace of God keeps my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. What I have learned and seen and received from the word of my Lord Jesus and your apostles, father, I practice, and you are with me.

Whatever is true and honorable and just and commendable; whatever is excellent and worthy of praise; these are the things I think about. I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I have.  Because I have learned that, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, and who leads me.  You, my father, supply my every need according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
