Grace and Mercy

Hebrews 2,3&4; Matt. 11

Thank you, father, that I am one of the many children you have given to Jesus;  that in Christ I am delivered from the fear of death and reconciled to you, my heavenly father.  Jesus is the apostle and high priest of my confession. Today I hear his voice. I come unto Christ and find rest for my soul. I take his yoke upon me and learn from him. I am transformed in my heart to be meek and lowly, humble and centered on Christ. I have a rest in Christ.

His word lives in me and is living and active and sharp; perfectly able to bring life to me each day and to show me the thoughts and intentions of my heart; to help me separate soul from spirit, so that I may live in peace, obedient to my Lord and Savior; able to come with confidence to the throne of grace and receive mercy and find grace in time of need.

Great Things

Thank you, father! You are mighty and you have done to me great things, and holy is your name. Your mercy is on me and mine from generation to generation. You have shown your strength to me, father; you have scattered my pride and my vain imaginings.  I fear you, but find relief in your love. You fill me with good things; you help me; you walk before me in the way; your hand is on me. I am delivered from the hands of the enemy to serve you, Lord, without fear.

I live with you now, Lord, in holiness and righteousness all the days of my life. Jesus, the Christ, fills me with the tender mercies of you, my heavenly father.  You, father, give light to me that overcomes the darkness, and you guide my feet in the way of peace.

Complete In Christ

Good morning, father, fill me with the knowledge of your word and awestruck awareness of your power and presence in every detail of my life. I marvel at the power of your resurrection, for you are the God of the living.  You are my God, and you are my Lord. I love you, my God, with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my mind and with all my strength. I love my neighbor as myself. You are God and there is no other!

Jesus, you are lord; you sit at the right hand of the father while your enemies are made your footstool. I bow before you as a temple for your presence, holy and acceptable because of your grace and sacrifice. I humble myself before you, thankful for my salvation.  I do not need long robes or the best seats. I am your servant! You are my all and all! I am complete in you!

Fixed Forever

Good morning, father. Today I join with you. I feed on your word and your word takes charge of every one of my thoughts. I receive you, Lord Jesus, as my Lord. I am in you and you are in me. You are my savior.  I apply your words to my thoughts, and I stand on your word for my righteousness. I agree that I am filled with God, the spirit, and led in every thought and action by the Holy Spirit of God.  I am humble before you father, continuing in your word; and quick and ready to repent.

I am a new man in Christ. Transformed from foolish to wise; from selfish to self less; no longer a slave to sin and the things of the world. Now, by god’s grace and presence, I am set free from bondage to sin, forgiven and cleansed from all unrighteousness.  Redeemed and established in Christ. Fixed forever on Christ and by Christ and in Christ.

Brought Near

Eph. 2

God, who is rich in mercy, loves me greatly. Even when I was dead in sin against God, he brought me to life again with Christ Jesus. He raised me up together with Christ and made me to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.  In this way, God, my father, you have shown me the exceeding riches of your grace and your kindness toward me through Christ Jesus.

For by grace I have been saved through faith; and even that is not of myself. It is a gift from you; not by any of my works so that I do not boast.  I thank you that I am your masterpiece, created for good works that you, father, ordained before hand that I would walk in in Christ. Now in Christ Jesus I once was far from you, father, but now I am brought near you in Christ.  God, the father, son and holy spirit dwell in me. Hallelujah!

Full

Acts 13,11,16; John 14&15; Phil. 4

Good morning, heavenly father! Thank you for appointing me to be yours and for granting me repentance and for opening my heart to believe in and to feed on your word.

I belong to you, father; bought back from hell by the Lord Jesus and brought to life by God, the spirit. I know you, Holy Spirit; you are with me and you dwell in me forever.  I keep my eyes on the word of God, and the father, son and Holy Spirit come and make their abode in me. My heart is not troubled and I am not afraid. I have the peace and person of God. He keeps my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. This world has no claim on me.  I am clean because of the word my Lord Jesus has spoken to me. I abide in him and he abides in me. He is the vine and I am the branch. The joy of the Lord is in me and my joy is full.

My Rock, My Deliverer

Ps 18&16; John 14&13

I love you, oh Lord, my strength. You, Lord, are my rock and my fortress and my deliver. You are my God; my rock, in whom I take refuge.  You are my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call upon you, Lord; you who are worthy to be praised. You have made known to me the path of life.

My heart is glad and my whole being rejoices; my flesh dwells secure. I am in Christ Jesus and he is the way, the truth and the life, and I come to God, my heavenly father, through him.  I am in Christ and in his presence is fullness of joy; at his right hand are pleasures forever more. I set you, Lord Jesus, always before me. I am near you and I shall not be shaken.  I trust in your steadfast love. My heart rejoices in my salvation. I sing to you, father, and to you, Holy Spirit, and to you, Lord Jesus, because you all have dealt bountifully with me.

Living In The Light

John 1&3

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that you have made the father known to me. I believe that you are the word of God, the son of God, the Messiah. I receive you and believe on your name. I believe that you, Lord Jesus, are God and that you took on flesh and dwelt among men.  I see your glory alive in those that are yours; the glory of the only son, from the father, full of grace and truth. From your fullness I have received grace upon grace.  Grace and truth come to me through you, Lord Jesus.

You are the Christ. Behold, you are the lamb who takes away the sin of the world.  You are the son of God! I have been born again! I have been born once of the flesh and again born of the Spirit of God.  Jesus is the light of God and the light has come into the world. Now by god’s grace I live in the light so that it may be clearly seen that my works are carried out in God.

Keep Me

John 17&16

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that you made known to me my heavenly father and that now you continue to make him known to me, so that the love with which he loves you will be in me and you will dwell in me.

You have given me the word of my heavenly father and I have received it and come to know that you, Lord Jesus, came from the father and were sent to save those people that are god’s.  Father, keep me, in the name of Jesus, that I may be one with you, as you and the Lord Jesus are one!  You have told me these things that in Christ I have peace. In this world there is tribulation but I take heart because Jesus, the Christ, has overcome the world, and I am in Christ and Christ is in me!

At All Times In Every Way

2 Thess. 2&3

Good morning, father, direct my heart today to the love you have for me and to the steadfastness of Jesus, my Lord! You, oh Lord, are faithful. You establish me and guard me against the evil one.  Lord, thank you for eternal comfort and good hope through your grace. Thank you that you comfort my heart and establish me in every good work.

I give thanks to you, father, because you chose me as first fruits to be saved through sanctification by your Holy Spirit, and belief in your word; your truth.  You called me to you through the gospel so that I obtain the glory of my Lord Jesus. So I stand firm and hold onto all I have been taught.  Make me worthy of your calling and fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith that you have for me by your power.  Today, oh Lord, give me your peace at all times and in every way. Be with me, Lord! Thank you.
