To Your Glory

Father, thank you for your grace. Thank you, Holy Spirit, that you are with my spirit. Thank you, father, that Christ Jesus is in me and I am in him. Thank you, Lord, that you supply my every need according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.  By your grace to me and your presence in me I can do all things through you, Lord, who strengthen me. I rejoice in you, father, that in faith I have learned to be content in any and every circumstance.

I am not anxious, but in everything I make my supplication to you with thanksgiving. I keep my eyes on your word and my thoughts on things that are true and honorable and praiseworthy, and you, father, the God of peace, are with me.  I pay attention to my salvation. I work it out with seriousness. I pray my love for you, father, will grow every day and abound more and more.  I know you have begun a good work in me, Lord, and that you will complete your work in me to your glory.

By Grace

Phil. 2

I do all things without grumbling or complaining and in that, by your grace, Lord Jesus, I am blameless and innocent, a child of God without blemish in the mist of a crooked and twisted generation among whom I shine as a light in the world.  I hold fast to your word, Lord, so that in the Day of Christ I may be glad that I did not run or labor in vain.

Even if I am poured out as a drink offering I am glad and rejoice. I pray, Lord, that you fill me and lead me so that I will be a minister of proven worth, a son of God.  So I rejoice in you, Lord. I worship by the Spirit of God, and glory in Christ Jesus, and put no confidence in the flesh. Knowing Christ Jesus as my Lord is worth more than anything else.

Encouraged and Comforted

Phil. 2

I am encouraged in Christ. I am comforted by your love, Lord Jesus. I am glad of your presence in me, Holy Spirit. Today by your grace I do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, instead, in humility, I count others more significant than myself. I look  not only to my own interest, but also to the interests of others. My mind is renewed in Christ Jesus. I empty myself and take on the form of a servant to my heavenly father.  I humble myself by becoming obedient to God even to the point of death. Therefore, God guards me and sustains me, and Jesus is lifted up in my life and God is glorified.

Every day I work out the facts of my salvation with fear and trembling because God works in me to have the will to obey and to obey, and thus to please him.

Behold

Rev. 19

Heaven will open and we will behold a white horse. The one on the horse is called faithful and true, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire and on his head are many diadems .  He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood and the name by which he is called is: the Word of God.

From his mouth comes a sharp sword. He will rule the nations with a rod of iron. He will tread the wine press of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, king of kings and Lord of lords.  The beast and the kings of the earth will gather to make war against him. The beast and the false prophet are captured and thrown into the lake of fire. The rest are slain by the sword that comes from the mouth of our Lord who sits up on the horse.

No Longer My Own

Rev 12, Luke 12, I Cor 6

The salvation and the power and the kingdom of my God, and the authority of his Christ have come. It is the father’s good pleasure to give me the kingdom. I have conquered the accuser of our brethern by the blood of the lamb and by the word of my testimony,  for I love not my own life even unto death.  I am not self-centered but now I am Christ centered. I have been bought with a price and I’m no longer my own.  I belong to God.

Hallelujah, salvation and glory and power belong to Almighty God, my heavenly father; his judgments are true and just. For God Almighty reigns. I rejoice and exalt and give him the glory;  I make myself ready for him each day. By his grace I clothe myself in fine linen and pure: the righteousness of Jesus the Christ.

Dominion Forever

To you, Lord Jesus, be glory and dominion forever and ever. You have loved me and freed me from my sins by your blood and made me part of your kingdom, a priest to your God and father.  I receive grace and peace from you. You are the first and the last, the living one who died and now, behold, lives forevermore and has the keys to death and Hades.

Worthy are you, Lord Jesus, Messiah, to take the scroll and open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation,  and you have made us a kingdom and priests to our God and we shall reign in the earth.

Pleasing In God’s Sight

Hebrews 13, Jeremiah 31

Heavenly father, you are the God of peace. You have brought again from the dead Jesus, my Lord. He is the great Shepherd. He is the blood of the eternal covenant, by virtue of which you equip me with everything good that I may do your will, and you work in me that which is pleasing in your sight. To Jesus be glory forever and ever.

Today, father, put your law within me and write your words on my heart. Equip me to do your will and work in me to make your equipment succeed; that I will act in ways and choices that please you. Wash in and over my mind that I will know the thoughts and intentions and purposes of your heart, father, and that I will walk in your good, pleasing and perfect will.

Raised Up

John 5&6

“Do you want to be healed? Get up, take up your bed and walk!”

I hear your words, Lord Jesus, and I believe God, the father, sent you to be the word of life and to be my savior. By that I know that I do not come into judgment, and I have eternal life.  You are indeed the son of God; the Messiah, the Christ! I believe that you are the messiah; the one sent from God, the father. You are the bread of life. By faith I eat of your body and I drink of your death. You are my righteous life and the atoning payment for my sins.  The father has given me to you and you never cast me out. It is god’s will that you lose none that he has given you. I look upon you, Lord Jesus, and I believe in you. I have eternal life and you will raise me up in the last day.

Thirsty

Rev. 19,21&22

Lord Jesus, I come to you. I am thirsty for the water of life that you are. I come unto you! I worship you. I know God, the father, because of your grace, and I worship him. You are the river of the water of life, clear as crystal, that proceeds out of : the throne of God, the father, and you the Lamb of God.

Your tabernacle is with me and you dwell in me and me with you. You wipe away my tears; you make all things new; you are the alpha and omega, the beginning in the end; you are my God and I am God’s son.

You, Lord Jesus, are faithful and true. You judge and make war in perfect righteousness. Your name is, ” The word of God. ” You tread the wine press of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. Hallelujah, the Lord God Almighty reigns. I am glad and I rejoice.

Thou Art Worthy

Rev. 4&5

Thou art worthy, oh Lord, to receive glory and honor and power for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.  Hallelujah! Behold the lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

I sing to you, Lord Jesus! I sing a new song saying, ” thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred and tongue and people and nation.   Worthy is the lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing. Blessing and honor and glory and power be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and to the lamb forever and ever! “
