Honor

Daniel 4&5

My eyes are open, Lord, and you have given me reason. I know that you, father, are Almighty God, and that you, Lord Jesus, are my savior, and that you, Holy Spirit, fill me and have charge of my will and thoughts.

I bless you, Most High. I praise and honor you forever. Your dominion is an everlasting dominion. Your kingdom endures from generation to generation.

You do everything according to your will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can stop you or judge you for you alone are God. All your works are right and your ways are just. You show us to be humble and you bless those who are humble.

In your hand, father, is my very breath and all my ways. I humble my heart and I bow before you. I know that you are almighty God and that you rule over mankind completely. I honor you, God, my father.

Your Will

Daniel 3&4

Father, thank you, that by your grace and through the leading of your Holy Spirit I will not pay attention, nor serve, nor worship gods and images that men have set up or that my flesh is drawn to.

You, father, are the only real God and I serve you. You have delivered me from the fiery furnace and you will continue to deliver me from every snare and temptation that the world sets up.

Your signs are great and your wonders are mighty. Your kingdom is the only everlasting kingdom and your dominion endures from generation to generation. I know that you, Heavenly Father, are the Most High and you rule the kingdom of men and you give it to whom you will.

My own power is nothing. I know that I have nothing without you, father. All that I have was given to me by you and anything righteous that I have “done” was actually your spirit and your word acting through me to accomplish your will.

King of Kings

Daniel 1&2

Praise you, father. You give me learning and skill and wisdom. Fill me today that I would deal and respond with prudence and discretion in everything that comes my way.

Blessed be your name, Heavenly Father, forever and ever. To you belong wisdom and might. You change the times and the seasons; you remove leaders and you set up leaders; you give wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.

I give thanks and praise to you, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for you have given me divine wisdom and the power of your indwelling presence. You make known to me all that I need to know. You are the only god of heaven and earth and you make known mysteries.

You have set up your kingdom and it will never be destroyed; it shall stand forever. Your chosen cornerstone, father, has brought it to pass. He is Jesus, and he is king of kings and Lord of lords.

Saved From My Sins

John 6; Acts 20; Heb.11; John 14; I Peter; Colossians 2&3; Romans 11; Mat. 1

I work diligently to believe on Jesus as your Christ, father. I am quick to repent from sin and even fleshly thinking, and my faith is in the completed work of Jesus, my Messiah. I know you reward me as I diligently seek you.

I believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and I have come to you, father God, through faith in Jesus.

There have been times when I have strayed from you and directly disobeyed you, but now I confess those acts as sin and I say,” I was wrong”. Now I have returned to Jesus, the shepherd and high priest of my soul.

Christ Jesus, you are all and in all, and I am complete in you; for from you and through you and to you are all things. To you is glory forever. You are Jesus, my Lord, and you have saved me from my sins.

For Today

Matt. 16; John 1&6; 2 Peter; I Peter 1; James 1

Lord Jesus, you are the Christ, the son of the living God. You are the word of God. You took on flesh and dwelt among us so that the world would have the word of God; to see it, to hear it and to touch it, and to have it written by the apostles as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Father, it is you who calls each of us that is yours. Without your revelation we would not see. No one can come to faith in Christ unless you, Heavenly Father, draw them to you. All who you have elected for salvation will come to Christ and whoever comes to him, Jesus will never cast them out.

I am born again by the imperishable seed which is your word, father, and I receive with meekness your word implanted in my mind and heart which is able to save my soul.

Thank you, Lord, for my salvation. Today I walk in newness of life, perfectly sufficient for today.

With The Lord

John 1; I Thessalonians 4

Lord Jesus, you are life and your life is light to me. Your light shines in the darkness around me and the darkness cannot overcome it. By your word and your presence in me I am well informed about those who are asleep in you, Lord.

Therefore, I grieve, but I do not grieve as those who have no hope. For I know that Jesus died and rose again, and that through Christ, you, Father God, will bring with him all those who have fallen asleep.

Your word, oh Lord, declares to me that we who are alive and who are left until your coming, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.

For you, Lord Jesus, will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel and with the sound of the trumpet of God, our Father. Those who are dead in Christ will rise first. Then those who are alive who are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we always be with the Lord.

I Lack Nothing

I Thessalonians 1; Colossians 4; I Thessalonians 1,2,3&4

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that you have delivered me from the wrath to come. I continue steadfast in prayer; I am watchful in it with thanksgiving.

By your grace, I have been approved by you and I am entrusted with your gospel, and so I speak, not to please man but to please you, father.

Today, Father, fill me and make me increase and abound in love for others and for your work for others. Establish my heart blameless in holiness before you, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Take charge of me today, Holy Spirit, that I would walk in a way that pleases you; continue my sanctification. Fill my thoughts that I would control my own body in holiness and honor not the passions of lust as those who do not know you.

Today, Lord, see that I live a quiet life, that I mind my own business, that I work with joy with my hands, that I walk properly with all who are around me, and that I lack nothing in my life.

From Death to Life

Luke 24; John 3,4&5

Lord Jesus, I believe you. Abide with me today, Lord. Open your scripture to me, Lord. Let me see and believe.

You suffered, Lord, and then overcame the grave and rose from the dead. You showed me and taught me repentance and remission of sins. You taught me of our Father’s gift to me of God the Spirit.

I am baptized by the Spirit of God. I am led by the Spirit of God. I’m born again by the Spirit of God.

I believe that you, Jesus, are Lord, and that you, Heavenly Father, raised Jesus from the dead. By your grace and divine presence I shall not perish and I have eternal life.

My desire is to do your will, Lord, and to see your work active in me and eventually completed in me. You are indeed the Christ and savior of this world. I believe your word, Lord Jesus.

I hear you, Lord Jesus, and I believe on God, our Father, who sent you. And in that faith, I have everlasting life. I do not come to condemnation but I have passed from death to Life.

Done In Me

Luke 18&19

Lord Jesus, I always pray and I faint not. I keep on after you, Lord, in faith; faith given to me by your grace. You are merciful to me, even though I was a sinner. I am humble before you; dependent on you in every way that matters. I receive your kingdom in me with the total dependence of a child.

I keep your word close to me, in my mind and heart and on my lips. I give generously to those you have given me who are in need. I receive from your treasures that never pass away. Thank you, Lord, that your mercy is upon me. By your grace I have received my sight and my faith has saved me.

Lord Jesus, thank you that you came and sought me and saved me when I was lost. Help me today, Lord, to be faithful to the little things that you have given to my charge. I praise you, Lord, for the mighty and sweet work you have done in me. I know you, Lord, and I know your peace.

Channel of Your Help

Isaiah 64; 2 Chronicles 16; Mark 10; Romans 12; Mark 10

You, o Lord, are my father. I am the clay and you are the potter. I am the work of your hand. You do awesome things, father.

From old, no one has heard, no eye has seen a God beside you. You act for me as I wait for you.

Your eyes, Lord, run to and fro throughout the whole earth, and you give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward you. Thank you, Lord, that you guide my thoughts; you craft my decisions, and you guide the work of my hands.

Lord Jesus, you came not to be served, but to serve me, and to give your life as a ransom for me. Today, I offer my body as a living sacrifice and I pray that I would have that same mind as you, Lord, and that I would serve you by serving those whom you have given me to serve. You help me, Lord, in every way, that I may be a channel of your help to others.
