The Call

Hebrews 10; Philippians 3

Clothed in your righteousness, Lord Jesus, I have the boldness to enter the holiest. This is the new and living way, which you established and consecrated, for all who are yours through faith. The veil, your flesh, Lord Jesus, was torn, and now I am able to commune with you, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, person to person, ceaselessly.

I draw near to you with a new, true heart, in full assurance of faith. My heart is sprinkled from an evil conscience, and my body is washed with pure water. I hold fast to my confession of perfect living hope through you, Jesus, as my Lord and Savior. I do not waiver, because I know you are faithful.

You love me and encourage me, and I am stirred up to be a useful instrument in your hands. I love your fellowship and your good works. I assemble together with other believers. We exhort and encourage each other.

I do not draw back, instead, I constantly press on that I may lay hold of that for which you, Christ Jesus, have also laid hold of me. I forget what is behind, and I reach forward to those things which are ahead. I press toward the goal of the prize of the upward call of God through you, Christ Jesus.
