I love God because he first loved me. God abides in me and his love is perfected in me. By this I know that I abide in him, and him in me, because he has given me of his spirit. I see and testify that the father has sent his son to be the savior of the world.
I confess that Jesus is the son of God; God abides in me and I abide in God. I have come to know and believe the love that God has for me. God is love and I abide in that love and God abides in me. By this, love is perfected in me so that I may have confidence in the day of judgment. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.
I have the power in me to love others because I have dwelt on the fact that God loves me.
