No Other

Blessed be the Lord God, for he dwells with me, and he has redeemed me. He has given me salvation through Jesus, my Lord, and raised me up with Christ Jesus.  My God has had mercy on me and loves me with a steadfast love; a love that is eternal and spawned by divine grace! I serve my Lord in perfect love without fear.  I serve him in holiness and righteousness because God, the spirit, fills me and leads me. God’s Spirit is perfect, entire and holy. Jesus has become my righteousness!

God has given the light to me when once I sat in darkness. He has let me see and touch and taste his salvation, and I know that it is good.  God is good in every way; greater than any and all things the world offers. My soul is saved by the Lord and my soul is set on the Lord. He is the Lord of my life and there is no other!

Split

Jesus splits humanity according to what we love. “The light has come into the world, and people love darkness rather than light”. The righteous and the wicked are separated by what they delight in, that is: the revelation of God or the way of the world.

“Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law.” Ps119:18

Your word is alive, oh Lord! Your word dwells in me today and fills me and converts me and leads me in paths of righteousness. I continue in your word.

Sweeter Than Honey

Lord, your words are sweet to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth. I love you, Lord, because you first love me; because you chose me; because you brought me to life when I was dead.  You stopped my decent into nothingness and muck. You lifted me up and placed me on solid ground; gave me hope and joy and peace. You have become my resting place, now and forever.

I delight in your presence in me. I sit at your feet and listen to your word. I enjoy your voice with me saying, “this is the way walk in it.”  I love your counsel to me now in this flesh and look forward to when you take me home.  I have seen you in the hundreds of “coincidences” in my life. You have brought me good; you were present in me and you are good. I have tasted your life and dwell in your light, and I know they are good, and I love that place and stand in your grace forever.

Yielded

Deut. 4:39 & Ps 23 & Matt. 11

Good morning, father, son and Holy Spirit. Today I yield to you as Almighty God and the Lord of my life. I acknowledge and take heart that you are God in heaven above and in earth below; you are God and there is no other. I rest in you today.  I come to you; I am joined to the Lord Jesus, and I am meek and lowly in Christ. I find rest for my soul.

Jesus, you are my shepherd and I want for nothing. You lead me; you place me;  you restore and guard me.  You see that I am fed and covered. I have no fear because you perfectly comfort me. I dwell with you and the father forever. Today I rejoice in your presence and power, father.  I do not always understand your ways, but I trust your heart and prosper in your love.

Grace and Mercy

Hebrews 2,3&4; Matt. 11

Thank you, father, that I am one of the many children you have given to Jesus;  that in Christ I am delivered from the fear of death and reconciled to you, my heavenly father.  Jesus is the apostle and high priest of my confession. Today I hear his voice. I come unto Christ and find rest for my soul. I take his yoke upon me and learn from him. I am transformed in my heart to be meek and lowly, humble and centered on Christ. I have a rest in Christ.

His word lives in me and is living and active and sharp; perfectly able to bring life to me each day and to show me the thoughts and intentions of my heart; to help me separate soul from spirit, so that I may live in peace, obedient to my Lord and Savior; able to come with confidence to the throne of grace and receive mercy and find grace in time of need.

Great Things

Thank you, father! You are mighty and you have done to me great things, and holy is your name. Your mercy is on me and mine from generation to generation. You have shown your strength to me, father; you have scattered my pride and my vain imaginings.  I fear you, but find relief in your love. You fill me with good things; you help me; you walk before me in the way; your hand is on me. I am delivered from the hands of the enemy to serve you, Lord, without fear.

I live with you now, Lord, in holiness and righteousness all the days of my life. Jesus, the Christ, fills me with the tender mercies of you, my heavenly father.  You, father, give light to me that overcomes the darkness, and you guide my feet in the way of peace.

Complete In Christ

Good morning, father, fill me with the knowledge of your word and awestruck awareness of your power and presence in every detail of my life. I marvel at the power of your resurrection, for you are the God of the living.  You are my God, and you are my Lord. I love you, my God, with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my mind and with all my strength. I love my neighbor as myself. You are God and there is no other!

Jesus, you are lord; you sit at the right hand of the father while your enemies are made your footstool. I bow before you as a temple for your presence, holy and acceptable because of your grace and sacrifice. I humble myself before you, thankful for my salvation.  I do not need long robes or the best seats. I am your servant! You are my all and all! I am complete in you!

Fixed Forever

Good morning, father. Today I join with you. I feed on your word and your word takes charge of every one of my thoughts. I receive you, Lord Jesus, as my Lord. I am in you and you are in me. You are my savior.  I apply your words to my thoughts, and I stand on your word for my righteousness. I agree that I am filled with God, the spirit, and led in every thought and action by the Holy Spirit of God.  I am humble before you father, continuing in your word; and quick and ready to repent.

I am a new man in Christ. Transformed from foolish to wise; from selfish to self less; no longer a slave to sin and the things of the world. Now, by god’s grace and presence, I am set free from bondage to sin, forgiven and cleansed from all unrighteousness.  Redeemed and established in Christ. Fixed forever on Christ and by Christ and in Christ.

Brought Near

Eph. 2

God, who is rich in mercy, loves me greatly. Even when I was dead in sin against God, he brought me to life again with Christ Jesus. He raised me up together with Christ and made me to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.  In this way, God, my father, you have shown me the exceeding riches of your grace and your kindness toward me through Christ Jesus.

For by grace I have been saved through faith; and even that is not of myself. It is a gift from you; not by any of my works so that I do not boast.  I thank you that I am your masterpiece, created for good works that you, father, ordained before hand that I would walk in in Christ. Now in Christ Jesus I once was far from you, father, but now I am brought near you in Christ.  God, the father, son and holy spirit dwell in me. Hallelujah!

Full

Acts 13,11,16; John 14&15; Phil. 4

Good morning, heavenly father! Thank you for appointing me to be yours and for granting me repentance and for opening my heart to believe in and to feed on your word.

I belong to you, father; bought back from hell by the Lord Jesus and brought to life by God, the spirit. I know you, Holy Spirit; you are with me and you dwell in me forever.  I keep my eyes on the word of God, and the father, son and Holy Spirit come and make their abode in me. My heart is not troubled and I am not afraid. I have the peace and person of God. He keeps my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. This world has no claim on me.  I am clean because of the word my Lord Jesus has spoken to me. I abide in him and he abides in me. He is the vine and I am the branch. The joy of the Lord is in me and my joy is full.
