By Your Will and Grace

I Cor. 1, Rom. 10, John 14, Col. 2&3, Rom. 11, 2 Peter 1

Because of your will and grace, father, I am in Christ Jesus and he has become to me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption. The righteous spirit that you have given me says in me, “the word is near me, he is in my mouth and in my heart.”

Jesus is the word of faith that I proclaim. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord. Jesus is my Lord, and I believe with all my heart, that you, father, raised Jesus from the dead.

I know that through that faith I am saved by Jesus’ life and his atoning sacrifice. I call upon the name of Jesus and I am saved. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. I am reconciled to you, father, through Jesus, the Christ.

I am complete in Christ, who is the head of all rule and authority. Faith is not about gentile or Jew, but faith is, “Christ is all and in all.” For from him and through him and to him are all things.

Thank you, Father, that you and your divine power have granted to me all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of you and your son.

He Is My Life

Colossians 2&3

I thank you, Father, that by your grace, I have all the riches of full assurance of understanding and knowing your mystery, which is Christ in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. So, as I have received Christ, I continue to walk in him by faith. He is my Lord, Savior, and Messiah. I am rooted and built up in him and established in the faith as your word, father, teaches me. And I am abounding in thanksgiving.

I am complete in Christ, who is the head of all rule and authority. I have been buried with him in baptism and raised up with him through faith in your powerful working, father. I was dead in my sins and trespasses, but, you have made me alive together with my Lord Jesus.

I have been raised with Christ and I seek the things above where Christ is seated at your right hand, father. I set my mind on things above and not on the things that are on the earth. For I have died and my life is hidden with Christ in you, father. When Christ who is my life appears, then I will appear with him in glory. Thank you, Father, for my great salvation.

Guide Me

John 14

Lord Jesus, I believe in God and I believe also in you. My heart is at rest and untroubled. In God’s house there are lots of rooms, and you have gone on to the father to prepare a place for me. I know that you will come again and you will take me to yourself that where you are, I will be also. You are the way, the truth, and the life. I have been reconciled to God, the Father, through you. Now I know the holy Spirit. He is my helper and is the truth. He dwells with me and is in me.

I am in a living, eternal, divine communion with you, Lord Jesus, and with God, my heavenly father, through God the spirit. You, father, son, and holy Spirit, make your abode in me. You have left your peace with me; you give me your divine peace in your eternal person. God the spirit in me shows to me the Father’s love and presence. The holy Spirit teaches me all things and brings to my remembrance all the things that my Lord has said to me. The holy spirit shows me the thoughts and intents of my heart, and guides me in the way I should go.

Spirit and Life

John 6

Lord Jesus, I come to you and I believe in you. You are meet for my every need. Those who come to you will never hunger, and those who believe in you shall never thirst. By Grace, God, the father, has chosen me and given me to you, Lord Jesus. I have come to you and you will never cast me out. It is the Father’s will that none of those who are his will be lost. By God’s grace, and power, everyone who looks on you, Lord Jesus, and believes in you, will have eternal life, and you will raise them up in the last days.

We only come to you, Lord, if the father draws us. The bread you give me is your flesh, your perfect life, and the blood you shed is your death, your atoning sacrifice. I feed on those two things and I have eternal life. I believe you were and are the Messiah. I seek hard after you day by day that I will be in you and that you, Lord Jesus, will be in me by your word and by your spirit. It is the spirit who gives life and the flesh is no help at all. The words you speak to me, Lord Jesus, are spirit and life.

You Feed Me

Acts 20; John 6 & 17; I Cor. 6

Paul sums up the whole counsel of God as: repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. I pray and study your word carefully, father, that I will be quick to repent; that I might be able to see and confess when my thoughts are leading me towards sin. Grant me strength to turn away from sins and, even better, to crush sinful intentions before they can manifest.

I study and pray today to increase and strengthen my belief that Jesus is the Christ; that he is my savior and I have received him; and that I am born again by the spirit of God. I belong to you, father. I have been bought with a price and I’m no longer my own. I have eternal life because I know you, father, the only true God, and I know you, Lord Jesus, whom the father has sent to be my Messiah. You, Lord Jesus, give to me food that endures to eternal life. I seek you, Lord Jesus, and I come to you. You feed me and you slake my thirst.

As It Is In Heaven

Matt. 16, I Peter 2, Matt 6

Lord Jesus, I say that you are the Christ, the son of the living God. You are my savior and my Lord. By your life, your atoning sacrifice and your resurrection, I have been chosen, justified, reconciled to God, my father, and sanctified. By your grace, Lord Jesus, I have been born again and I am filled with God, the spirit. Now, dwelling in my fleshly vessel is the very person of God; I am born again of your divine substance, Lord Jesus.

I am now a part of the kingdom of God. Like a living stone I’m being built into, as a part of, a spiritual house to honor and worship you, father. Jesus is the cornerstone. I am one of many living stones in your house.

You have given me the keys to the kingdom of heaven which is a personal, living communion with you. In that communion I can implore and implement your kingdom to come, and your will to be done, on Earth as it is in heaven.

The Word of God

James 1, Rev 1

I put away my flesh and receive with meekness the implanted word which saves my soul, day by day, forever. I am born again by the imperishable seed which is the living and abiding word of God. Someday I will see heaven open and behold a white horse.

The one sitting on the horse is called faithful and true, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood and the name by which He is called is the Word of God.

From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which he will strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God, the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh is a name written: King of kings and Lord of lords.

Communion

John 1, James 1, I Peter 1, Rev 19

In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of man. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it. The word became flesh and dwelt among us. Men saw the glory and wrote about it, and I have read their accounts and felt the glory of the presence of, and the communion with, the person of God the Spirit, who dwells in me and is always with me.

I put away my flesh and receive with meekness the implanted word which saves my soul, day by day, forever. I am born again by the imperishable seed which is the living and abiding word of God. Someday I will see heaven open and behold, a white horse. The one sitting on the horse is called faithful and true and in righteousness he judges and makes war.

The Outcome

I Peter 1

Thank you, Father, for the hope of the inheritance that I have through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. My inheritance is imperishable, undefiled and unfading. It is kept in heaven for me. In the meantime, I am guarded by your power, father, through faith, for a salvation that will be revealed in the last time. Because of all this, I rejoice, even though now, for a little while I may be grieved by various trials. These trials just test the genuineness of my faith and refine that Faith as if tested by fire, and the refining results in praise and glory and honor for the revelation of Jesus, my Lord.

Though I have not seen him, I love him. I believe in him, and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with Glory. I seek communion with him diligently, and I receive the outcome of faith in Christ: the salvation of my soul.
