Romans 3
Father, I see that, in our humanity, we have all sinned and come short of your glory. We have all turned aside and followed our own selfish self-interest.
In our natural mind, none is righteous before you. None of us understands you or seeks after you unless you choose us and cause us to be born again.
In society, we may be the nicest, smartest, best behaved person, but in our spirit, we are our own god, our own idol, unless and until you show us our sin and turn on our understanding of your holiness and righteousness.
Under the law, we are all guilty before you, Father. By the deeds of the law, no flesh is justified in your sight. But now, in Christ, your real righteousness is revealed.
Your righteousness is imputed to me when I place my faith in the finished and complete work of Christ. You sent fourth Jesus to be my redeemer. He is the propitiation for my sins. By faith in Christ’s righteousness, I am reconciled to you, Father.

AMEN
