All Who Are Yours

Psalm 18; James 1; Psalm 18

I praise you, Father, with all my heart. I sing praise to you, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I worship your majesty and sovereign grace. You are Almighty God, and there is no other.

To your chosen people you give life and redemption. Your loving kindness gives me sure hope, and your truth guides my feet and thoughts.

Your word is magnified beyond mere words and precepts. Your word is life. Your word saves or offends. With meekness, I engraft your word into my mind, and my soul is saved.

I cry out, and you answer me. You fill me with your Holy Spirit, and I am bold to seek your purposes and strengthened to do your will.

In this fallen world I walk in the midst of trouble. Rage and selfishness abound. Liars seek to prevail. Even your truth is called evil, and now, the lie is called truth.

Nevertheless, you guard me, and you guard your people from the wrath of your enemies. With your right hand you save all who are yours.
