Mark 8; Ephesians 5; Galatians 5; Romans 8; 2 Corinthians 4
Good morning, Lord Jesus. I understand and believe that you are the Christ. By grace through faith you have saved me. Now I’m filled with God the Spirit. Now I’m led by the very presence of God. Now I am a son of God, our heavenly father.
Now I have the glorious presence of God in me like a treasure in a clay jar. I continue, for now, to live in this fleshy body, but I am always reckoning myself dead to the flesh for Jesus’s sake, so that the life of Jesus is manifested in my mortal flesh.
I know that he who raised you, Lord Jesus, will raise me also with you and bring me into his presence. So even though there are some momentary afflictions, I do not lose heart because I’m being prepared for an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison.
I do not look at those things that are seen but I keep my eyes on the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

AMEN
