Psalms 103

You, o Lord, have established your throne in heaven. Your kingdom rules over all. You are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy.

I bless you, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with all that is within me; with all that I am. I praise your holy name. I remember and ruminate on all your benefits.

You forgive my iniquities, you heal all my diseases, you redeem my life from destruction, you crown me with loving kindness and tender mercies, you satisfy my mouth with good things, my youth is renewed like the eagles.

I fear you, Lord. Your mercy to me is divine, beyond my earthly understanding. You remove my transgressions from me as far as the east is from the west.

You know me, Father. You know I am short term like grass, but you care for me would divine pity. You have mercy on me from everlasting to everlasting.
