I have died and my life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is my life shall appear then I will appear with him in glory. I have put off the old self with its practices, and I have put on the new self who is renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. Christ is all and in all.

I am chosen by God. I put on a compassionate heart, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. I forgive as my Lord has forgiven me.  The peace of Christ rules in my heart. I am settled and established and not easily provoked. The word of Christ dwells in me richly, teaching and admonishing me in all wisdom.

I sing praises and hymns to you, father, with thankfulness in my heart. Whatever I do today in word or deed, I do everything in the name of my Lord Jesus giving thanks to God, the father, through him.  Whatever I do, I do it heartily as for the Lord and not for man. For I serve the Lord Christ!
